• Over two-thirds of all wells in villages fail in less than three years. The system that we provide is only one of three existing systems capable of purifying water to human drinking standards. This system ensures environmental sustainability as called for in Millennium Development Goal Number 7. WHF raises funds to provide the systems to needed communities along with the training necessary to operate the system.

  • WHF provides needy communities with the most cost-effective water purification system that exists. The “Water Of Life” drinking water purification systems works with any source of energy and consumes less energy than any existing water treatment systems. Our system uses 80% less energy than ultraviolet light systems and only requires maintenance every 4 years. For a system that services a village of 2,500 people and that use an average of 340 gallons per year, the operating and system cost is less than USD$1 per year per person. This system was recently featured at World Water Week and has been reviewed for several humanitarian awards.
